In order to strengthen the new staffs’ execution and sense of discipline, the company arranged training course system for them and the military training stand in the breach.
The new staffs started the journey to the training base in the afternoon of July 2nd.
Military show I：
The new staffs will face both the internal physical and the external climate test. One disaster after another, the severe weather increased the difficulty of the militarized training .For the unpredictable thunder storm hit, new employees not because of the heavy rain without delay or cancel for the wet clothes!
 
Military show II：
There will be no relax especially for every meal, and they need to be lined up to the dining hall. A song before meal is indispensable. When all the people stood in silence before the seat, instructors will be ordered sat down to eat food. Everyone started slowly accustomed firstly, but with the training enhanced, and the concept of discipline deepen, everybody can quickly to sit in silence for dinner.
  Military show III：
Ice-breaking game is o good way for breaking the natural barrier among the new employees, also a preparation for shorted the distance in the team. In late July 3, each class organized a variety of ice-breaking games. And everyone laughed merrily all the time.
 
Military show ⅳ：
In order to help the new staffs for acclimatization, each department old staff representatives went to the base on each dormitory, to visit and hold the old--- new staff meeting, to answer questions for new employees with their experiences.
 
Military show ⅴ：
In order to improve the sense of discipline of the new staffs, instructor took great pains on the training; they teach new staffs the song named “The strict discipline.” during the dinner.
 
Military show ⅵ:
The deepest impression for military training is the whistling. No matter day or evening, everyone must be dressed and assembled in three minutes. The midnight training became a potluck. Although the training in the day has been very laborious, but everybody stayed on avoid falling behind no matter how hard the environment was.

Finally the review troop’s day came, the company leaders were present the scene. In order to show his best, everybody was prepared well. Finally, the military training achieved great success.
 
 
Military show ⅷ:
The time for departing with the instructors came in the end of military training, everyone wanted to be unwilling to part with the severe instructor beneath a stern exterior. From correcting everyone’s actions during the training, to healing the wounded after the training, which made the staffs feel their tender side. Within 4 days of training, everyone and instructor were got closer, nobody wanted to say farewell.
 
During the four days of training, new staffs followed the command and obey the instructors with military standard management. Not only they stand the summer heat and torrential rain, but also reached the stringent requirement both in thoughts and discipline, which showed their high comprehensive quality. They finished the military training excellently, and we believe they will do everything possible to live up to the people’s expectations in the future work.
